ResourceXpress has a a wide range of Booking Systems Integration. Out of the box all versions of ResourceXpress have the ability to connect to all leading booking systems and many advanced booking systems.

Want to migrate? A simple license request change is all that’s need for ResourceXpress to work with whatever booking system you wish.

Useful functionality provided by RX SaaS is the ability to connect to multiple booking systems at the same time.

For example, you could have a number of resources that operate in “local only” mode, some with a connection to an advanced booking system and some with a connection to an Office 365 account.

This is particularly useful where an office is in a transitional phase migrating over from one system to another.

Local Only Mode

ResourceXpress has the ability to manage resources in local only mode without any connection to an external booking system.

User accounts and authentication credentials can be stored within the RX database. Users can book resources at point of use using meeting room screens and Qubi3 devices or use the interactive Qkiosk to find and book resources from static kiosks or using mobile devices. They can also use interactive workspace Maps to find and book resources view resource facilities and find colleagues.

The Booking Manager in RX SaaS provides useful central booking administration functionality for nominated users of the system.
